Chainsaw and Related Operations (ACS03)

This assessment requires that where CS30.1 and CS340.2 is not already held, they MUST be undertaken first.  

Please add as many individual assessment units as you require from the above drop down menu to the basket, ensuring that CS30.1 and CS30.2 is purchased if you do not already hold it. Where an optional unit is not present in the above drop down menu, please contact us for a quote tailored to your requirements.  In addition, candidates must be a minimum age of 16 or over.

Should a candidates registration form already hold a valid LANTRA HO number, please contact us for a £12.00 reduction on each unit.

The qualifications that we offer, cover a range of practical assessments covering all aspects of chainsaw work. The NPTC qualification is stated in Health and Safety Executive Guidance as being “the appropriate qualification route for Professional chainsaw users”.

CS40    Carry out pruning operations
CS41    Carry out dismantling operations

Although this is a stand alone certificate of competence it is still part of the Aerial Tree Work Suite of CS qualifications being a pre-requisite to CS39.
